Delivery fees and times
You pay cash to the rider when the parcel is in your hand. Every product page and the checkout show your delivery fee before you order, so there are no surprises.

Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000.
Times are working days after we hand the parcel to the courier, counted Saturday to Thursday.
How Cash on Delivery works
- Place your order with your name, mobile number and address. You pay nothing now.
- We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the item, the total and your address.
- We pack your order and hand it to the courier. Orders confirmed before 1 PM go out the same day.
- Check the parcel is sealed, then pay the rider in cash: the price of the item plus delivery.
We never ask for bKash, Nagad or any other payment before delivery. If anyone asks you to pay in advance in our name, it is not us.
At the door
Check the parcel is sealed at the door. Wrong or damaged? Report within 72 h with an unboxing video — we replace or refund.
When we call and ship
- We call between 10:00 and 20:00, Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday get a call on Saturday morning.
- We hand your parcel to the courier within 48 hours of confirming your order.
- If we cannot reach you after 2–3 tries over 48 hours, we cancel the order.

ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও সময়
পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে রাইডারকে নগদ টাকা দিন। অর্ডারের আগেই প্রতিটি পণ্যের পাতায় ও চেকআউটে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দেখানো হয়; কোনো লুকানো খরচ নেই।

কুরিয়ারের হাতে পার্সেল তুলে দেওয়ার পর থেকে কর্মদিবস গোনা হয়; কর্মদিবস শনিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি কীভাবে কাজ করে
- নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দিয়ে অর্ডার করুন। এখন কোনো টাকা দিতে হবে না।
- আমরা ফোনে বা WhatsApp-এ পণ্য, মোট টাকা ও ঠিকানা কনফার্ম করব।
- আমরা পণ্য প্যাক করে কুরিয়ারের হাতে দিই। দুপুর 1টার মধ্যে কনফার্ম হলে সেদিনই পাঠানো হয়।
- পার্সেল সিল করা আছে কিনা দেখে নিয়ে রাইডারকে নগদ টাকা দিন: পণ্যের দাম ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ।
আমরা ডেলিভারির আগে কখনও বিকাশ, নগদ বা অন্য কোনোভাবে টাকা চাই না। আমাদের নাম করে কেউ আগে টাকা চাইলে দেবেন না, সেটা আমরা নই।
দরজায়
দরজায় পার্সেল সিল করা আছে কিনা দেখে নিন। ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে 72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ জানান, আমরা বদলে দেব বা টাকা ফেরত দেব।
কখন ফোন করি, কখন পাঠাই
- আমরা শনিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল 10টা থেকে রাত 8টা পর্যন্ত ফোন করি। শুক্রবারের অর্ডারে শনিবার সকালে ফোন করা হয়।
- অর্ডার কনফার্মের 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা কুরিয়ারের হাতে পার্সেল তুলে দিই।
- 48 ঘণ্টায় 2-3 বার চেষ্টা করেও আপনাকে না পেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হয়।
