Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, district, area, address and any note you add, when you order.
• Your orders and any returns or cancellations, linked to your phone number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page or ad that sent you, and the ad-click details in the web address (utm tags, fbclid).
• Your cart, which stays in your own browser.

Why we use it

• To call you, confirm and deliver your order, and send order SMS messages.
• To spot fake or repeat orders. We check our own records of past orders and returns on your phone number, and the courier’s delivery-risk check.
• To measure and improve our ads.

Notify me

If you use Notify me on a product page, we keep your mobile number and which car you asked about, send you one WhatsApp message when it is in, then delete your number.

Who receives it

• Our courier (Steadfast) gets your name, phone, address and the cash-on-delivery amount.
• Our SMS provider gets your phone number and the message text.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives Meta Pixel events from this site and, when you order, server-side events with a hashed version of your phone number plus IP address and browser details, so we can measure ads.
• Our website and database hosts (Cloudflare and Supabase) store the data for us.

We do not sell your data.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to count visits and orders that come from our ads. We also keep a first-party cookie for 30 days that remembers which ad brought you, so we can match it to your order. You can block the Pixel with your browser’s tracking settings or your Facebook ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as we need them for accounting and returns, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, except records we must keep by law, by contacting us.
