Is it original?
Yes. Every piece is an authentic import from the maker’s own line, and we keep our purchase invoices. We never sell clones or look-alikes.
হ্যাঁ। প্রতিটি মডেল প্রস্তুতকারকের নিজস্ব লাইনের আসল ইমপোর্ট। আমরা নকল বা ক্লোন বিক্রি করি না।
What is the fee and when does it arrive?
Delivery is ৳70 for Dhaka City (1–3 days), ৳110 for Dhaka Suburbs (2–4 days), ৳130 for Outside Dhaka (3–5 days), and free over ৳5,000. Days are counted from dispatch, Saturday to Thursday, after we confirm your order by phone.
ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ঢাকা সিটি ৳70 (1–3 দিন), ঢাকার আশপাশ ৳110 (2–4 দিন), ঢাকার বাইরে ৳130 (3–5 দিন)। ৳5,000-এর বেশি অর্ডারে ফ্রি। কনফার্মের পর পাঠানো থেকে শনিবার-বৃহস্পতিবার ধরে দিন গোনা হয়।
Can I check before paying?
Check the parcel is sealed at the door. Wrong or damaged? Report within 72 h with an unboxing video — we replace or refund.
দরজায় পার্সেল সিল করা আছে কিনা দেখে নিন। ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে 72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ জানান, আমরা বদলে দেব বা টাকা ফেরত দেব।
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 72 hours of delivery and send an unboxing video that shows the parcel being opened. We replace it, or refund you if it is out of stock.
72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান এবং পার্সেল খোলার আনবক্সিং ভিডিও পাঠান। আমরা বদলে দেব, স্টকে না থাকলে টাকা ফেরত দেব।
Can I cancel?
Yes, for free, any time before your order ships. Tell us on the confirmation call or message us. After delivery there are no change-of-mind returns.
হ্যাঁ, পাঠানোর আগে যেকোনো সময় বিনা খরচে বাতিল করা যায়। কনফার্মেশন কলে বা মেসেজে জানান। ডেলিভারির পর মত বদলের কারণে ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
What does "China edition" mean?
A code ending in -CH marks the release made for the Chinese market. It is the same maker and model; the box or card is printed for China and may carry Chinese text. The product page lists the Edition and Packaging, so you know exactly what you get.
কোডের শেষে -CH মানে চীনের বাজারের জন্য বানানো রিলিজ। প্রস্তুতকারক ও মডেল একই; শুধু বক্স বা কার্ড চীনের জন্য ছাপা, তাতে চীনা লেখা থাকতে পারে। কী পাবেন তা পণ্যের পাতায় Edition ও Packaging-এ লেখা থাকে।
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout is for guests: your name, mobile number and address, about 30 seconds.
অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগবে না। শুধু নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দিয়ে অর্ডার করুন।
Will you call me?
Yes. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before we ship, so please keep your phone on. If we cannot reach you after 2–3 tries over 48 hours, we cancel the order.
হ্যাঁ। পাঠানোর আগে প্রতিটি অর্ডার ফোনে বা WhatsApp-এ কনফার্ম করা হয়, তাই ফোন চালু রাখুন। 48 ঘণ্টায় 2-3 বার চেষ্টা করেও না পেলে অর্ডার বাতিল হয়।
Can I pay with bKash or Nagad?
Not yet. You pay cash on delivery, and we never ask for payment before the parcel arrives.
এখনই না। ডেলিভারির সময় নগদ টাকা দিন। পার্সেল পৌঁছানোর আগে আমরা কখনও টাকা চাই না।
Is there a limit per customer?
Some pieces, such as sets and exclusives, are limited per phone number so more collectors can get one. The limit is shown on the product page.
কিছু পণ্যে (যেমন সেট ও এক্সক্লুসিভ) প্রতি ফোন নম্বরে সীমা থাকে, যাতে আরও বেশি কালেক্টর পান। সীমা পণ্যের পাতায় দেখানো থাকে।
How do drops work?
Stock arrives in numbered drops. When a drop opens, it is first come, first served, and every order is confirmed by call. Reseller and bulk orders may be cancelled.
নতুন স্টক নম্বরযুক্ত ড্রপে আসে। ড্রপ খুললে যে আগে অর্ডার করবেন তিনি আগে পাবেন; সব অর্ডার ফোনে কনফার্ম করা হয়। রিসেলার বা বাল্ক অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
