About these terms
These terms apply to every order on this website. By confirming an order you agree to them. The shop is The Curio Collectors.
Orders
- An order is a request until we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel an order we cannot confirm, a duplicate, a suspected fake order, or a reseller or bulk order.
- You can cancel for free any time before the order ships.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). The delivery fee is shown before you confirm.
- Payment is cash on delivery only. We take no advance payment in any form.
Stock, drops and limits
- The stock shown is real. If the last unit sells to someone else first, we tell you and you pay nothing.
- Some pieces have a limit per customer, counted by phone number.
- A drop opens at the time shown on its page and sells first come, first served.
Delivery
Fees, areas and times are on the Delivery & COD page and form part of these terms. We hand your parcel to the courier within 48 hours of confirming your order.
Returns, refunds and exchange
- Check the parcel is sealed at the door. Wrong or damaged? Report within 72 h with an unboxing video — we replace or refund.
- We replace a wrong or damaged item, or refund you if it is out of stock.
- No change-of-mind returns or exchanges after delivery.
- Refunds are made within 3–7 working days and never later than 10 days.
Authentic imports
We sell authentic imports of 1:64 diecast models and keep our purchase invoices. We are an independent shop. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the goods we sell.
Your information
We use your name, number and address to confirm and deliver your order.
Complaints
We answer every complaint within 72 hours.
Law and changes
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
বিক্রয়ের শর্তাবলি
এই শর্তাবলি সম্পর্কে
এই ওয়েবসাইটের প্রতিটি অর্ডারে এই শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্য। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে আপনি এগুলোতে সম্মত হন। দোকান: দ্য কিউরিও কালেক্টরস।
অর্ডার
- ফোনে বা WhatsApp-এ কনফার্ম করার আগে পর্যন্ত অর্ডার শুধু একটি অনুরোধ।
- কনফার্ম করা যায়নি এমন অর্ডার, একই অর্ডার বারবার, সন্দেহজনক ভুয়া অর্ডার, কিংবা রিসেলার বা বাল্ক অর্ডার আমরা গ্রহণ না করতে বা বাতিল করতে পারি।
- পাঠানোর আগে যেকোনো সময় বিনা খরচে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যায়।
দাম ও টাকা দেওয়া
- দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳)। কনফার্মের আগেই ডেলিভারি চার্জ দেখানো হয়।
- শুধু ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি। আমরা কোনোভাবেই অগ্রিম টাকা নিই না।
স্টক, ড্রপ ও সীমা
- যে স্টক দেখানো হয় তা বাস্তব। শেষ পিসটি আগে অন্য কেউ কিনে ফেললে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব, আপনাকে কিছু দিতে হবে না।
- কিছু পণ্যে প্রতি গ্রাহকের সীমা থাকে, যা ফোন নম্বর ধরে গোনা হয়।
- ড্রপের পাতায় দেওয়া সময়ে ড্রপ খোলে; যে আগে অর্ডার করবেন তিনি আগে পাবেন।
ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভারির চার্জ, এলাকা ও সময় “ডেলিভারি ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি” পাতায় আছে এবং এটি এই শর্তাবলির অংশ। অর্ডার কনফার্মের 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা কুরিয়ারের হাতে পার্সেল তুলে দিই।
রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ
- দরজায় পার্সেল সিল করা আছে কিনা দেখে নিন। ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে 72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ জানান, আমরা বদলে দেব বা টাকা ফেরত দেব।
- ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য আমরা বদলে দেব, স্টকে না থাকলে টাকা ফেরত দেব।
- ডেলিভারির পর মত বদলের কারণে ফেরত বা এক্সচেঞ্জ নেই।
- রিফান্ড 3–7 কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে দেওয়া হয়, কোনোভাবেই 10 দিনের বেশি নয়।
আসল ইমপোর্ট
আমরা 1:64 ডাইক্যাস্ট মডেলের আসল (authentic) ইমপোর্ট বিক্রি করি এবং কেনার ইনভয়েস সংরক্ষণ করি। আমরা একটি স্বাধীন দোকান। ব্র্যান্ড ও পণ্যের নাম তাদের মালিকের; আমরা শুধু বিক্রির পণ্য বোঝাতে সেগুলো ব্যবহার করি।
আপনার তথ্য
অর্ডার কনফার্ম ও ডেলিভারির জন্য আমরা আপনার নাম, নম্বর ও ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করি। বিস্তারিত গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে।
অভিযোগ
প্রতিটি অভিযোগের উত্তর আমরা 72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে দিই।
আইন ও পরিবর্তন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত। আমরা শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি; অর্ডারের সময় এই পাতায় যে সংস্করণ থাকে সেটাই প্রযোজ্য। সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ: 28 অক্টোবর 2026।
